Questions

What swimmers ask before the first clinic.

Who is a clinic for?

Clinics are for swimmers ages 13 and up who already swim lengths and want to work on technique: teens heading for a school or club team, adults who swim for fitness and triathletes. If you are not sure, the level check shows us where to start.

How do I join?

Book a level check. A coach watches you swim a short set in a lane, talks through where to start and points you to a clinic series.

How long is a clinic?

A weeknight clinic runs seventy-five minutes and the Saturday clinic runs ninety. A series runs eight weeks.

What do I bring?

A cap, goggles and a towel. Fins, a pull buoy and a kickboard are on the deck for the drills that use them.

What happens if I miss a clinic?

Tell us, and we will offer a seat in the same clinic on another night of the series, space allowing. A clinic the pool cancels is made up in the same series.

How does tuition work?

It depends on the series: how many clinics a week, how long each one runs and how many weeks the series lasts.
