How tuition works
Our current figures are shared when you register or call. Here is what sets tuition and what each part is for.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the series: how many clinics a week, how long each one runs and how many weeks the series lasts. Weeknight clinics run seventy-five minutes, the Saturday clinic ninety, and a series runs eight weeks.

Registration
A yearly registration covers your swimmer file and the level check. It is due when you register for your first series.

Holding a place
A place in a clinic is held when you register for the series. If a clinic is full we keep a waitlist and offer places in the order people asked, and we call or text the same day a place opens.
Waitlist places go out in order
Billing
A series is billed once, before its first clinic, and the enrollment page shows the total before you pay.

Missed classes and make-ups
If you miss a clinic, tell us and we will offer a seat in the same clinic on another night of the series, space allowing. A clinic the pool cancels is made up in the same series.
Withdrawing
Tell us in writing before a series begins. If life changes in the middle of a series, talk to us; what happens to the weeks that are left is in the series agreement.
Gear and other costs
Bring your own cap, goggles and towel. Fins, pull buoys and kickboards are on the deck for the clinics that use them.
