Levels
Three levels, by where you are today
Levels are about your stroke, not your age. A coach places you at the level check and you can ask to move at any time.
Foundations

Breathing to both sides
A kick that starts at the hip
Pushing off in a streamline
Moving upA coach moves you up when the pattern holds across a full set and you can say what you are working on.
Technique

Streamline off every wall
Open turns and flip turns
Pacing a set
Moving upA coach moves you up when the four strokes hold their timing across a set and turns come without a stop.

Holding a stroke when you are tired
Moving upTraining is the top clinic level: you and your coach set the focus for each series.

In the water
A coach in the water at every level
Foundations has the most coaching for each swimmer, and a coach is in the water or on the deck beside every lane at every level.

Where do you start?
A level check takes one short set in a lane.
