This policy explains what Sculling Swim Clinics collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email or phone, how you would like us to reach you, your age or the swimmer's age, the clinic series you are interested in and your message. We don't ask for a child's name, birth date, photo or any medical detail on this site, and we ask you not to include any in your message. If you register, we ask what we need privately.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to hold a place in a clinic. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the business except the services that send our email and host this site.

Photos of swimmers

We ask written permission before we share any photo of a swimmer, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo.

Your choices

Write to us to see what we hold about you, to change it or to have it removed. We will reply within a reasonable time.
